We want you to love your BaubleBar pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unworn condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS return shipping label provided by our system.
Pack It Up
Securely pack your jewelry in its original BaubleBar pouch and box, then attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
